We can't wait to lead you through the ultimate Mind Body Cardio Experience. 

Before taking your first RIDE here's some things you made want to know:

- Our underground playground is located at LG 27 Park St Sydney 2000.

- We know it can be overwhelming walking into a new studio and trying a new program. Our classes are not your average cycle class. We Rhythm RIDE to the beat using both the upper and lower body providing a full body workout.


All you need to do is sign up for a class! 

We don't have beginner classes as our classes cater for all riders! But please remember this is still a High Intensity Interval Program and beginners should aim first to get their feet on the beat and over time progress from there. We want you to strap in and experience the movement! We recommend booking a bike in the second or third row as a beginner so you can follow the riders in front. They will be experienced enough to demonstrate the correct technique. There is absolutely no expectation for you to keep up and PLEASE DON'T TRY! It's your own journey! We just want you to join the movement and be inspired! You will get there over time. REMEMBER.. the advanced riders were a beginner once too!


We recommend new riders sign up to the 2 weeks for $50 Introductory Offer. Most of the time it takes more than one ride to get the hang of the feet to the beat let alone adding in all the upper body combinations! You can also try all of our instructors. We know though that you will LOVE them all!  We are very strict on out late cancel/no show policy as most of our classes are full and wait-listed. In the event you cancel outside the 6 hours cancellation policy or no show, you will have your ride returned and a $15 fee will be charged to your account.


ARRIVE EARLY: We cant emphasis the importance of arriving early for your first visit. If you haven’t signed up online you will need to sign a two page waiver. We will also want to show you where everything is so you know who to work your way around the venue and the change rooms are not close by so factor in additional time if you need to change. We then need to give you a full bike fit to ensure the bike is adjusted to your height and show you a few safety tips. PLEASE NOTE: If we don’t feel we have adequate time to set you up and run you through bike and riding safety you won’t be able to join the class and your ride will still be redeemed. Please make sure you at reception, changed and ready to ride 15 mins before the start of the class. THIS TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT.

WHAT TO WEAR: The studio can get quite hot during the class. The room is ventilated with air-conditioning. We do have fans but they are not always on during the class. We recommend like weight spots gear including fitted pants for the class. We provide clip in shoes.

HYDRATE: We can't express enough the importance of hydration. Not only during the class but before and after you ride. And its not enough to replenish with water alone. You MUST replace electrolytes lost in sweat. Please consult a medical expert for recommendations best suited to you. During the class Riders can bring their own bottles and fill them at our filtered water station or purchase cold bottled water from the front fridge. 

EAT: We don't recommend fasted cardio. Please seek medical or nutritional advise before you sign up for classes on what is right for you and your body.  We recommend a full meal a few hours before the class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.


We share amenities with two other boutique studios. We provide towels for both the bikes and bathroom, soap, hairdryers, straighteners, iron and ironing board and lockers. You will need to provide your own lock for the lockers and shampoo and conditioner. All personal belonging MUST be placed in the lockers. No phones or items other than a water bottle can be brought into the studio and any belongings left unattended in the waiting room will not be the responsibility of Vicious Cycle. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.


Before you get on the bike, double check all the knobs and levers are tight and locked in and your cycling shoes are secure in the pedals. Our instructors are there to motivate and push you to your limits, but always listen to your body first and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
